I just happened to see these beautiful pictures! If you want, you can make yourself your own page here on BYC: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/pictures-stories-of-my-flock.39/
Chances are more would see your pictures and updates that way! Just an idea for you!
What state or country are you in? Curious what the temperatures are, as this heat has been affecting hens and their laying of eggs.
What's the feed she's on?
To be on the safe side, I'd give her a Calcium +D pill, around 400 iu. She should be able to take it whole. This would cause...
I'm wondering if, with the breathing issue and shaking of the head, she could have a type of respiratory or sinus infection, or both, and the hard, off-white substance coming out of her nostril, which would usually be loose, might indicate that she has had it for a while.
Any other cold-like...
I had looked for this when you posted it Saturday, and didn't find it. I assumed it would be a pinned post or was this referencing an online site? Sorry if I'm missing it as I was trying to find what you meant.
Today I had zero page freezes, no errors, and every single picture in every single thread I was reading today was there! I would have had at least a couple of broken picture links. I think you're onto something there, Rob! 🎉 Thank you!
Until the pullets are laying age, most mature roosters wouldn't touch them. They know they aren't old enough. We have chicks running around a rooster all summer. As soon as they start getting closer in age, that's when I'd separate them.
Breed shouldn't matter, but would if your rooster was...

We're glad you're here!
Hiya, and welcome to BYC! :frow We're glad you're here!

Hiya, Megan, and welcome to BYC! :frow
If you haven't found our Learning Center yet, you should stop by as you'd find some very helpful articles about raising chicks, chickens, and more.
Here's the article that taught me about fermenting a few years ago. I ferment similarly, but in quart jars...
When it was laid doesn't matter. You could have 12 eggs all laid on different days and they will all hatch the same day or close.
As for refrigeration, in case anyone says otherwise, you stand a good chance of hatching it. I've done it twice with chicken eggs. Hatch rate decreases a bit...
Hi,
I raise and breed silkies for the past 9-10 years and haven't had many problems, but aside from this one, please reach out to me in a message if you'd like to know what we do here that might help you.
As for this, when I had one similar, but way worse, sticking out, I used generic...
