My entry #2.
This is a 1980 Massey Ferguson 2675 (MF2675). It has a 100hp, 5.8L 6 cyl Perkins diesel engine. We purchased the tractor for $5,000 almost 20 years ago. She was in poor condition but Hubby got her up and running. Three years ago her engine seized and we went looking for a newer...
Spent most of the morning looking for 3 two month old pullets that ran out when I opened the run gate. Hubby finally found them.
Went around measuring our extra gates. Need a 3' and a 5' for the front porch steps. Neighborhood dogs keep eating our barn cats kibble.
Will crochet as soon as I...
Today, Saturday.
I mowed the lawn, I should say what's left of the lawn after the tree removal.
Tried to straighten up inside the house, lost cause. I'm mentally and physically tired, decided to crochet instead.
Yesterday, Friday.
We took the poor pickup trucks to the body repair garage to...
We've had the camper almost 18 years. During the Covid lock down, I removed all the chaulking and replaced it. The camper is fully self-contained, queen size bed, complete bathroom, it also has an in-line generator for boondocking.
Very tired this morning, would love to go back to bed.
Cleaned the branches, leaves, nails and broken pieces of trusses out of the two damaged pickup beds.
To hot/humid to do anything outside. Will watch TV and crochet or maybe fall asleep in my recliner.
My entry #1:
1995 F350, 7.3 Desil, Super Duty & 2002 Lance 1061 truckcamper.
We were at a campground in Virginia Beach. The truckcamper has 4 electric jacks, one on each corner. If we want to use the pickup, we unhook the tie-downs use the jacks to lift the camper. We drive out from under the...
Went with Hubby for his VA health check appointment. (his glucose levels keep spiking)
Went grocery shopping.
Watched the tree remover crane lift the cut up tree sections over our house. (the crane couldn't get behind the house)
Fed the chickens, checked out the new donkey foal. Mother won't me near her. I think it's a girl. She's jet black from head to toe.
Sat in the shade with Hubby and watched the tree removal company take down the Oak in the front of the house. They brought in a crane since the Oak was 58 feet high.
Watched tree removal company work to get our pickups out from under the tree and collapse garage.
Watched Hubby start the 2002 pickup and back out real slow. It had a smashed left taillight, the metal around the taillight, a few dents and scrapes. I almost cried when I saw the 2015 though. I...
