Thanks for the reply it’s doing a lot better now, it can hold it’s head up really well so I’m very optimistic. I’ve tried putting in some friends for it the smaller ones but wow it’s very sassy & has actually bullied them, it’s like an angry bumble bee. It imprinted on my 7yr old granddaughter...
This baby hatched on day 14 & was unable to stand as its head kept going between its legs & it was summersaulting around the incubator. I popped a tiny neck brace on it & today it is standing & trying to eat. I don’t know if it’s wry neck as it’s head stays down constantly almost like it’s neck...
So I hatched 2 chicks & they’ve started crowing in the mornings, so I assume they’re both roosters. Am I able to keep them without getting them ladies to keep them happy? They squabble but are very close. My health has declined & im going to have to move to my mums as I cannot safely live alone...
Thank you he/she is so adorable & very funny! I chuckle when I show pictures of them to friends etc because they don’t recognise them as a chicken most of the time 🤣🤣

Yes she breeds polish, silkies & a few others all bantams so it’ll be interesting to see how the tiny one turns out. My plan is to put them back together when this one grows a bit because the size difference between them is ridiculous. They’re fine when supervised because I say hey & the silkie...
Thanks when I tried to put them in separate enclosures they were distraught so this was my solution! They sit side by side at the bars & sleep together etc.
I have a wire barrier between them because the bigger chick is constantly jumping on this one & stomping on its head, they can still sit together. The little one had a very swollen head & was bleeding a lot. They play together supervised, the bigger one “finds food” & calls the little one over...
First time chicken parent but lots of experience hatching & raising pigeons. I hatched this little one along with a silkie chick 2 weeks ago. The silkie is 3 times the size of this one but this one does have 5 toes so I assume it’s a silkie cross? Is it a frizzle? The breeder said she thinks...
