    Last night I made fried wild pig liver , cooked in bacon grease after I sauted some onions in the drippings , served over a bed of white rice and topped with homemade gravy . Scalloped taters , and wilted spinach salad .

    We have what they call Barndominiums popping up every where in the country . A metal building (shop ) with a nice living quarters built inside.

    Santa Fe here between Houston / Galveston . work for Centerpoint energy on the island . Haven't started on chickens yet . I'm cleaning up the family Pecan orchard . Just checking in and reading all i can .
