Year and a half old bantam hen goes broody with confirmed fertile egg but no luck making a baby

I have a year and a half old bantam hen that’s gone broody a handful of times with confirmed fertile eggs with no luck of them becoming anything. What could the issue be? I’ve never seen an egg that looks even close to being fiable but they have the bullseye in the yoke. She’s the little white...

Declining 3.5yr old hen seemly from either eye injury or respiratory infection.

Yes, tiagard. I’m putting the ointment around the eye. I’ve looked for pus, I’ve pushed around to see if pus would appear, nothing! No mites. She’s eating and drinking when she’s outside she just hasn’t been going to the coop for bed the last two nights.

Here are the previous posts regarding my issue. I know some eyes will be rolling out of annoyance but I’m really worried about her and haven’t ever dealt with eye or respiratory issues before. She can open her eye for very short periods of time. Usually when I approach her. It’s not goopey or...

3.5 year old Buff Orpington hen not acting right!!!

She has not ever been dewormed. Her abdomen feels normal. I have no clue why she stopped. I have the Buff Orpingtons that don’t lay 🤷‍♀️ I figured it was the heat, then the molting, now the shorter daylight but I’m not sure that’s it cause I have one bantam hen that lays without a problem. I’ll...

3.5 year old Buff Orpington hen not acting right!!!

I have a 3.5 year old Buff Orpington that started sleeping outside about two days ago. I’d noticed that she was slower than normal about a week ago and she wasn’t eating the treats I was giving. She’s always been my picky one so I didn’t think anything of it till I saw her sleeping outside...

Year and a half old blue australorp hen suddenly limping

Her droppings are more runny than normal. I have bantam roosters that may have caused it by gang-banging her. She tends to get into tight spots when they get her 😕 I gave her some eggs and vitamin b complex.

Year and a half old blue australorp hen suddenly limping

Sigh! I've seen this before and I don't want it to be true. She was fine yesterday but this morning I went out to check on my flock around 8:45am and found her laying down. She did get up as soon as I came out. She ate some treats but laid down shortly after. She's been laying down in random...

Two year old Buff Orpington hen deep sleeping all day.

My two year old Buff Orpington been has been deep sleeping several times throughout the day for three days now. She is still laying, laid one yesterday and the day before. She's drinking and eating some. But every time I go outside, she's passed out with her head in her wing. She doesn't wake...

Type of feed? NatureWise layer feed from Tractor Supply. What's the mix? Scratch grains from Tractor Supply, black sunflower seeds, crushed red pepper, cinnamon, oregano, rosemary, DE. I mix it all up, and let it ferment in hard for 24-48 hours. Their treats consist of kitchen scraps, meal...

Am I stupid or do i just not know what to do? Ten month old Blue Australorp hen laying down several times a day.

Did you deworm your chickens recently? I have not dewormed them. Check for mites and lice too. No mites or lice. If you feel a lump in her belly, it could be egg bound, tumor, or water belly. Is it hard or squishy? It's not super squishy but it's not hard either. Did you get new...
