Duck can't stand up at all
Avian flu is killing lots of ducks. This is how it starts if no one else has told u about it. First separate it from ur other ducks and take it to the vet immediately. My duck died this morning. -

She had duck pellets she has brewers yeast she had niacin. But she is still gone. She died this morning. I could tell she was not good and seemi worse after the pellets, vitamin b and yeast even. I bundled her up and took her to the pond until she was gone. -

i Never ignored the advice. I got her duck pellets the vitamin b complex and the brewers yeast on top of the poultry nutri-drench I had been giving her. regardless she passed away this morning. So it was all for nothing. Have a nice day. -

my duck passed away this morning. I could tell she was not good so I bundled her up and took her to the pond and sat with her on the bench where I met her until she was gone. -

Thank you so much for the sound advice. But I have to ask, during my time here asking questions about my duck on this forum, how come nobody once mentioned the avian duck flu that is going around and killing tons of birds ? Why did I not hear how about it was before now? I drove all over... -

Sorry I sneezed and sent the thread haha. But I have not heard back from any of the sanctuary's. She's just chilling on my sofa watching tv. I will get the yeast today. Thank you very much. -

I'm so sorry. What do u think was wrong? My duck is in the same boat. I don't know if I should put her down or not. She's feeling better but she just can't keep her balance. Hard decision. I'm so sorry. :(- Lisaoney

It’s an 8 hour trip there and back.. I can’t get off work and gas here is $6+ a gallon here. I don’t see how I could get her there. -

I been giving her this stuff for a month now. And she’s not my pet. She’s a wild duck I found upside down at the pond at the hotel. I don’t have these things on hand because I don’t have a pet duck. I rescued a wild duck and I am attempting to get her better so she can go back to the pond... -

That’s why I’m on this forum. She’s got two days to get better or I find her a forever home. So far I’ve had no luck. Nobody has full time hospice care for a duck that I can find. in San Diego California if anyone who sees this can help.
