    Th They will probably almost outgrow it by the time you get them. Baby chicks grow so much faster than you think they will. I was super amazed last year when I got my first chicks.

    I used to use that one but found it too difficult to clean. Even cleaning with a tooth brush didn't get the red cups clean.

    For us it would dramatically increase our electric bill because our well runs on a 220 amp same as the clothes dryer. This year we have had a lot of rain so the run is wet most of the time. 9 inches so far in August.

    Makes me wonder if they would expand this to the hunting if wild birds and deer etc. I can just see all the dead deer from drivers hitting them when herds are not thinned by hunters.

    Thanks it's the brown and white one I was unsure of, I know he's a drake because he has those curly feathers of the male, and the pekin is a hen.
