    I disagree with what you say in Columbia Heights. No, there aren't any formal rules about keeping chickens in the city, but I know quite a few people in the city with chickens, ducks, quails, etc. One person I visit regularly has 12 chickens and 6 ducks, one of which is in my profile picture...
