the silkie slickers
I had two unique color chicks hatch out. The Roo and Hens came from a good breeder. Attached is one of the chicks that came from a white Roo and white Hen. I am not sure which hen layed the egg. I had Silkies for many years and never had this happen. Any idea on color?:confused:- tsparrow

It has been a while since I have been on BYC and thought I would get on here to look for a Black Jersey Giant Rooster in Michigan. I bought some chicks this spring thinking I would get mostly rooster, but was surprised that they all look like hens . I am new to the Jersey Giants.- tsparrow

My turkeys and peacocks free range together and they do fight a little. The peacock teases the tom turkey and they go at it, but the peacock is faster than the tom so he always runs away and the tom can't catch him. It is hilarious to watch, like two clowns. Now the peahens and the hen turkeys... -
