Well we started on the outdoor pen yesterday! We had a little helper! In order to keep it dog proof we dug a trench and buried our base a foot deep and used horse panel fencing! While the fencing is high priced nothing can chew through it!!!- jhyslop

What is this?
I bought two hens from an auction because I felt sorry for them ;( the had lice which I did treat immediately. Their tail feathers are missing maybe From lice or overcrowding. The red hen has a white discharge coming from her vent area. I'm new to chickens so please help me help her out!- jhyslop
