I did a hatch of quail last year, started with just about 2 per space (20 eggs to start I believe…), and ended up with 17 quail in the Kebonnix!
One thing I saw afterwards online was that the person brought a box to put the kebonnix in once most had hatched, then opened the lid so all the quail...
Kebonnix 12 egg automatic here. Pretty basic.
Humidity display was too high during the first 18 days, about 75% at times if I remember right, and that was with only one section of the bowl filled. Didn't have a hygrometer to double check.
Only set a few as a trial run but the eggs I set did...
I am a novice at incubating eggs. New to ducks and new to eggs. I just set up my Kebonnixs incubator and am ready to go.
My ducks free range on the property, and it was a few days before I could get down there because of weather. A couple of the eggs in the nest site were broken and the...
I need help figuring out what I am doing wrong with hatching ducklings. I am using kebonnixs incubators and for the last several duck hatched I have had babies make it to internal pipping and then they die, I feel like their air sacs aren’t big enough. I monitor the humidity and temps all...
All you Kebonnix people, come join the Kebonnix thread and share your experiences or ask questions! 😊 This will be my second hatch with mine!

Hello!
I also use a Nurture Right 360 (holds 22 chicken eggs), as well as a Kebonnixs 12 egg incubator. My preference is the Nurture Right 360, but the Kebonnixs also suits my needs. :)
Hiya, and welcome to BYC!! :frow
Back when I was shopping for incubators, I came here to research them and saw that Kebonnix very highly recommended. If you decide to move up to larger ones, here's the place to get ideas and recommendations!
...kill the eggs with low temps the first few days.
After candling today only 2 eggs showed no development out of 12 shipped eggs.
One in the kebonnix, and one in the Janoel12.
My govee says each bator is stable within 1 degree or less and has been holding consistent. I did put some light...
I edited it to put the book info in there with a couple of links. The incubator you buy will have instructions. Yes, the NR360 is a good incubator and holds 22 chicken eggs. The Kebonnix is a smaller version holding only 12 and is much less expensive.
I hatch just small clutches of chicks now (if I don’t let a broody do it), and I’ve used the Kebonnix for quite a long time. I really like it. I have a 2nd one for a backup. I place thermometer hygrometers all around the incubator floor, because I don’t trust the digital reading on any...
...gone broody and they have been laying for almost a year)
Anyways…the process did not go as well as I wanted it to :(
We used the 12 egg Kebonnixs incubator. Did everything right… we didn’t wanna go too crazy so we only decided to hatch 8. When it was time for the second candling on day 7...
For a cheap but decently reliable incubator, I recommend Kebonnix. They're 12-egg incubators, tend to keep temp well and the built-in readout is usually accurate on humidity in most cases. I've done many hatches in these, I just buy a ZooMed digital thermometer to attach inside, I use mounting...
I have them same incubator here in Texas & Govee Hygrometer.. I'm on day 16 with 48 cortunix eggs set. I set mine at 101.5 F with 3/4 of the slot open for the humidity. Where I live humidity is on the high ends. Right now I've got almost half hatched already.. I'll know what my hatch rate...
