I agree with the hot wire its just a matter of placing it in the right spot.There is a lot of chance that he will go before it or after it.And I would be concerned if the chickens were out that they could walk into it.The pepper spray you would work but it would better if you could spray him...- sinkorswim

I am not sure what would be more costly and labor intensive but your right,your options are digging up around your fence and burying wire.Or you can buy re bar and pound them into the ground every foot to keep the dog from entering.I am so sorry you are going through this.I would be so...- sinkorswim

most wormers require you to dispose of the eggs.Each wormer has a different time length,be sure to read the directions on the bottle. You can boil the eggs and feed them back to the chickens so the eggs are not just thrown away...- sinkorswim

while awaiting test results the best thing you can do is keep them comfortable.Making sure they are eating,drinking and going to the bathroom.Keeping eyes and nostrils cleared and cleaned makes them feel better.Keeping them in a warm non-drafty area is also good.But I would recommend reading up...- sinkorswim

I dont want to comment about the respiratory issues or the antibiotics but I do want to say your hen looks like she has a condition called scissor beak.That would be why she is loosing weight.You can learn to trim the beak and it would make things better/not cure her.It takes a lot of work and...- sinkorswim

wrapping the coops/dog kennels should be good.It keeps the wind off the chickens and thats whats most important.You can also add extra deep bedding.- sinkorswim
