Appenzeller Spitzhauben pairs. Two pairs - 4 1/2 months old. Roosters are mature and crowing. Hens will be laying very soon. Very healthy and attractive birds that have been free ranged.
Starting our third hatch this year...6-8 white silkies eggs and 10-12 Welsummer x Golden Comet cross. Hoping these little mixed breeds will keep the egg supply going should some of our older hens stop producing:

Coming up on two weeks old. Can't decide roo or pullet but I suppose time will tell. Leaning towards hen due to pointed and long wing feathers but confused that tail feathers aren't coming on.
