Prettiest rooster contest open 2 hours please put your pics here ( closed )

He's not allowed on the rugs and I make sure to pick it up with sanitizing wipes as soon as he drops it. It's not ideal and he should really be outside but I'm weak and my pets know it.

He has coryza. He already had it when I rescued him and I wasn't told what it was. He's being treated by a very expensive and not at all reliable vet.

Hello! I live in Princeton and have a question for the ones of you in Collin County like myself. Is there a backyard farm animal vet I can take my rooster to that you can recommend? I really don't care for the super expensive avian vet clinic in Southlake. We really need another option! Thank you :)

Also, I was told that he's always been this way, since he was a chick. He should be around two years old now.

Rooster with Coryza - please help

I brought him to the vet thinking that he just needed surgery to remove the "tumor" in his eye. He was sedated but when they tried to intubate him they noticed a build up in his trachea. A sample was tested and came back positive for Coryza. He started antibiotic injections three weeks ago. He...

Hello, I live near Dallas and rescued a sweetheart rooster (my first rooster ever). I named him Martino and we're really good friends. Should I get hens for my rooster?

I don't think so. Just make sure that you collect eggs every day to avoid getting more chicks.

Should I get hens for my rooster?

I'm not sure what the exact measurements are... looks like maybe 1200 sq feet. Not much for humans and pets.

Should I get hens for my rooster?

I like your fancy guy! Thank you for the feedback. I guess I will have to give this flock expansion a try and see what happens. If my rooster changes personality, I’ll give the hens back to my friend.

Should I get hens for my rooster?

He’s blind in one eye and is overall a spazz. Other roosters were picking on him where he lived before. I got him from the guy that sells me eggs at the farmers market. We’ve become acquainted so he’d be giving me two adult hens if I asked him. I don’t have any other chickens, only a cat.
