    She dropped an egg about 1/2 hour ago and is back to her normal self. Is this something that can happen frequently? She is new to laying and I'm new to chickens!

    Please Help....

    This afternoon while all my ladies were out in the run I noticed one was missing. I looked in the coop to find Ringer standing with her wings hanging down and panting. She can walk but lays and sticks her rear up in the air. She won't eat or drink. I even tried to give her some meal worms...

    Thanks for the reply. I am going to try and get better pictures. Will post an update when they get a little older. I ordered all pullets but I think I have a roo in the mix.

    Ringer, Cuddle, Speedy, Fluffy and Pickles came as assorted Rare. Midnight, Evil, Sunshine and Narky came as assorted brown egg layers. I know its to early to determine sex but would love some help with breed. Heres the link to my album...
