Hens won't sleep in coop, and I can not figure out why

I'm in Ohio, and my coop has two nesting boxes in it with about 5ft of running room, 3ft tall. Two perches, they are right beside each other, next to the nesting boxes, and they are maybe 2.5 feet long? I have two chickens, I used to have four but the dogs around us got them hence the fence...

Hens won't sleep in coop, and I can not figure out why

Thanks, my husband suggested that as well. Whats weird though is that they have had the same coop since March, and its been in the same spot. The fence around the coop went up in the summer and this behavior didn't start until last week. Or at least I haven't noticed it until last week.

    Diarrhea?

One of my hens seems to have diarrhea, I can only tell by whats left on her feathers. I feed them table scraps and cracked corn, but they all eat the same stuff so I don't know why its just her. Is there something i could be giving her that would make her better? Thank you

Got my first chickens yesterday, and now have some questions.

Thank you all for your responses. I have been giving them treats of veggy scraps and that seems to have helped. Tonight after they ate some lettuce, one by one they went back into the coop on their own, which gives me hope. They even let me pet them (kinda)

Got my first chickens yesterday, and now have some questions.

REALLY excited because I got four hens yesterday, one belongs to a friend who is sure if they want to commit yet. After getting them on the fly my husband and I came up with a few questions that we had a hard time finding the anwser. How long do eggs last after they are laid? We found 6-8...
