It is my understanding the Breese has to be caponized & fed a special diet of milk & mash before butchering & housed in small pens after free ranged in pastors to get its taste. It is not worth it to me
I have well water. I will try leaving them uncovered & moving them closer to the stove. Still nothing today. It still smells good like fresh cut corn. I will keep you posted as to my outcome. Thank you
Hi:-) I have them in my dining room & I have a lid on one bucket & a feed sack over the other 2. I live in Northeastern PA. I use a wood stove to heat my entire house. Should I move them closer to the stove? How can I know if there is yeast in the air? Thank you

I don't know how old this material is or when it was posted but how do you get a gallon of vinegar out of a can of concentrated frozen apple juice & a shot of vinegar. Can anyone give exact amounts to make vinegar & fermenated feed & can this be fed to all chickens & chicks? Thank you:-)
