I was giving my chicken antibiotics through a dropped into her mouth but i’m afraid maybe she might be choking on it now. She keeps lifting her neck and making a noise that sounds similar to a cough but no liquid is coming out. Is there anything I can do?? Please help
Her lower stomach is puffed out, she looks bloated. She’s never had a problem with laying, she used to lay eggs every day. I feed her layena crumbles as feed, unfortunately I don’t have any oyster shells available. I crushed up some calcium tablets and put them in her food and she ate it.

Would i be able to crush some amoxicillin tablets and put them in her food? Her lower belly felt bloated and she was uncomfortable when i touched it. Her crop feels more firm than puffy.
I put her in the cage, she seems to be shuddering. I hate seeing her like this and wish there was more that could be done. I really hope it isn’t a reproductive disorder
I gave her wet chicken feed and she ate most of it, i’ll make sure to give her some egg and feel inside her vent. Will keep you updated, thank you so much
