    I just went into the coop to check for eggs. Is it possible that red mites caused this? My arm was covered. By the way, they eat regular layer pellets with the occasional veggie treat.

    I have no experience with this, just what I've read. Something about "wry neck" maybe. I believe it's caused by a vitamin deficiency and that polysol without iron is what I read was used. I hope I'm remembering correctly but I think I am. Good luck

    Pine Bark Nuggets In The Run?

    We have 3 runs that have pine bark nuggets in them. It works great. Today we put down some Stall Dry for odor and topped it with more bark. We've used this for 6 years or so and are very happy with it. The chickens seem to like it too.
