Yeah I think I would like to try and keep them pure.. I am looking to try out a second flock of American Bresse too! Granted my back yard is probably much bigger than most ;)
Yeah quite the intro to chicken keeping lol. We always had them when I was young but first time as an adult. Taking over for a young man who's family is moving. This flock is from a batch of 115 chicks. 90 hens made it but no roosters sadly. Spent the last 20 min trying to find the right forum...
