My beautiful "first hatched" light Brahma roo is taking up well needed space in the coop and should start crowing soon, so I can't keep him. He's good breeding stock or just pretty to look at!

I had no idea there would be so many breeds that match in many ways, but not others. I had never heard of Andalusians, and if not for my kids feathered legs, it would have been close. 'Course mine could end up to be some kind of mix, since my feed store didn't order these and were not informed...
Thank you everyone! The langshan suggestion feels right to me! I had never seen that breed, but researching the description matches very well. Their posture and long legs are different from any chicken I've had.

I never noticed a huge problem with odor, but I'd like to know the solution to FLIES! I've done research for years, know all the usual suggestions including fly predators, but this year they were horrendous. DE doesn't seem to do anything for flies (maybe it's just me).
