I am a pretty new member here myself and love all the helpful information and friendly people here! I also have a lil dark cornish bantam pullet in my mixed flock..they are really pretty! Good luck with your new chicks!
( looks like what ideal poultry sells as a Pearl Old English which is a Mottled Self Blue Old English )
this is a suggestion that someone posted on my mine. I looked it up and it sure does look like my chick. Maybe that's what you have too?
whoops! Mine is 9 1/2 weeks..hard to keep them all straight..lol! So it is much bigger but looked just like yours at that age. Is yours very flighty? This one is a nervous wreck half the time!
Thanks! I have looked everywhere for that silver chick and can't find one that matches
Also 4 and 5 are 9 1/2 weeks not 7..lol..hard to keep them all straight!
The bottom pic looks like my silver bantam..I am trying to figure out what breed she ( I hope pullet ) is. I posted pics of her at 7 1/2 weeks today..hopefully someone can ID them!
Sorry posted before I was done:hide
Have figured out most of my flock..but am wondering what ya'll think what breed and sex these are?
these guys legs seem to be turning green to me I have 3 they all look very similar except one is light, one medium, and one dark in color..and I'm thinking #3...
Yes, that one is feathering and growing much slower than the other one. Our TSC didn't have bantams so I got them at the feed store. Thanks so much for the input..I really appreciate it
ooops..chicks 1 and 2 are 5 weeks..the others are almost 8 weeks. I'm really hoping someone can ID them, especially number 6, she ( I hope ) is such a sweetheart!
Hi..my bantams are 5 weeks now..would really appreciate hearing what you think about breed and hen's or roo's. Thanks!
