    It is Sunday and day 23 of my hatch I will watch this thread closely as my eggs are unhatched and it looks like one pipping but yellow crust is formed on the crack. I Will stay patient and hopefully they will do their thing. Please keep advice coming thanks

    Partridge pensedecca is close to a marans chicken they will lay a very dark brown egg early then lighten up considerably into the laying season.

    Nothing is wrong with a ladder. I have one gets them to a walkway at the window sill height. The other turns right there and goes up the other direction to the roost bar at 7 feet high.
