Hey all! Friends of ours are building my duck, Reggie, a nighttime coop. She has a cage/run currently for times when we are gone for an hour or so, and she sleeps in the garage temporarily. Does anyone have any suggestions to make her coop/house super predator proof and comfy?

I love Khakis! (And Pekins of course). So Cocoa is friendly to Moon even with her disabilities? We were looking at female duck breeds that are good with disabled ducks. Even though we’ve had many khakis before, we’ve never had a disabled duck. Any insight?
She’s doing well for the most part. Her buddy Milk (a white layered) got picked off by a hawk a little while ago, and we are trying to build a pond so cannot right away get another duck. But I go out and spend as much time as possible with her! And she seems to be doing great!
