But Yes cold weather does tend to slow there laying abilty, I've noticed.
its begininng to happen, they are starting to slack..have been one of the lucky ones getting sometimes 2 dozen a day and 18 or 20 on a slow day....BUT yesterday we got 15 and today ONLY 9..OH WELL, I knew our time was coming, they deserve the break I guess.

Yes he is mine..got him as a day old chick from a friend that hatched him in her bator..I had only one egg hatch that was under my broody..so I took 3 baby chicks from my friend for brooder buddies..LOL
I think the other 2 are white...
