    Just a quick update - I gloved up and greased up last night as advised, and there's definitely no egg in there, so it's great to rule out a stuck egg. Also, have felt her crop which was full last night and empty this morning, so hopefully all's working nicely there. Will continue prescribing...

    Thanks for the tips - I will certainly try feeling for an egg (just need to get some gloves first!). In terms of potential broodiness, I don't think it's that - she only goes in once a day for 10 mins, acts like she's laid and comes out again, and luckily doesn't exhibit any other...
