From what I'm looking at its still to young to tell. However a neat trick on the speckles and goldens I just learned from a breeder. Of their beak has black in it, it's a rooster. If the beak is peach/pink its a hen!
They are fine. You don't really have to worry about being inbred or bringing in new blood until between the 15th and 20th generation. they do sometimes start laying early, no need to worry!
