It takes a lil bit for them to learn to get along, maybe seperate through a fence for a lil bit so she can get use to them....or as long as she isn't hurting them let them stay with her.
I have a full sized Rooster, and plenty of places for them to hide, but every now and then I will have one get gone, the crows are what help keep our Hawks away!!
My larger hens have been attacked plenty of times.....around here size doesn't really matter, they will swoop down and get whatever they can they will come back if they know there is food still around!!!

Mine are a week old now and I have them loose in a barn stall, they walk around with mom in there or catch a ride on her back, at night she goes in a dog kennel with them and I lock her up, it's really cute!!!!!
