    I don’t know a lot about it but from what I have read it is not so bad. Can’t be cured but many do fine and only display symptoms when stressed. I think you can also use antibiotics to help them over the worst of it - @BY Bob will know more about that and can help when he gets here.

    The sun is out and it is getting a bit warmer. Tassels and her gang are snoozing in the sun after gorging on fallen peaches. I am still a bit anxious about Chippy’s gender. Much more comb than the others and now wattles. Also more red. 6 weeks old on Monday. WDYT?

    There is some pecking involved but not much and if it gets too animated Tassels sees off the offender. I didn’t get my camera out in time but Cookie actually ate from in between Piglet’s legs. Piglet seemed chill about the whole thing and just kept eating.

    Both you and @BY Bob seem very accommodating of this. Why wouldn’t you say - make another appointment when you are prepared/presentable and just hang up. I think that is what I would do.
