Also after you scrape out the goop, you are left with a shell. If you put some dirt in there, you can start seeds easily. Then just pop the shell in the ground when you want to plant your sprouts, it will decompose on its own.- Newbie_Chicken_Lady

No, it is a breed of squash that when you cook it, the insides become stringy, kinda like spaghetti. You cook it first, I cook it in the oven. Then you use a fork to scrape the insides out and your basically done. Slap some olive oil and whatever you prefer on it and its ready. It looks like this.- Newbie_Chicken_Lady
