Silkie Cross Thread!! PICS!!
I have a Silkie x OEGB and she's the broodiest thing I've ever seen. She first went broody after her first couple of eggs, in the winter. Then her chicks were 6 weeks old and she went broody again and the cycle goes on. She'll set any eggs.- JRL1438

5 hens / 6 eggs???
I'm not sure how but my silkie cross had 2 eggs one day and it had only been the 3rd time she had laid an egg.
