Received a significant quantity of Home garden peaches.:drool:drool:drool Cooked them, and stored in container in refrigerator.
Made Simple yellow cake,(baking powder raised) and added peaches to make a nice Peach cobbler.
Into a parchment lined pan.
Out of oven, after about 50 minutes...

Baking, and running the AC just doesn't mix well.

I have never done such, but here is an idea that works to check seeds if they are good.
In a shallow container, like a jar lid, place piece of paper towel, just smaller than bottom surface. add water to make paper towel wet, enough to have wet on top of towel.
Drop a few seeds onto wet paper...
