Does this look rooster-y to you?

Hi y'all! Sorry for the delay. Life happened, you know how it goes. The Hateful One allowed me one (1) further photo that kind of shows tail feathers. It's not the greatest side view, but it's what I could get. Do we still think pullet? Again, a HUGE thank you to all who have helped!!!

Does this look rooster-y to you?

She does have hatred in her eyes at all times, if that's any sign of cockerel-ness, lol

Does this look rooster-y to you?

Same age, same shipment. @EmmaRainboe I will do my best when I get home to wrangle the bird for better pix. This one is a dingus and doesn't like me AT ALL. (Hoping for chilling out with age)

Does this look rooster-y to you?

Oh also this one is the same age, same hatch day/order from Meyer. Also purchased as a sexed female.

Does this look rooster-y to you?

Now riddle me this, y'all.... This one is my other one I have rooster concerns about. "Green Queen". ABSOLUTELY gorgeous bird, in the sun it's iridescent green ALL over. But them hackles look pointy. Please ease or confirm my suspicions?

Does this look rooster-y to you?

Easter Egger, 13ish weeks, Meyer Hatchery. Purchased as a day-old sexed female, but them tail feathers don't look girly to me. Maybe I've googled myself into paranoia, I don't know. We renamed it Gritty (used to be Ash). What do y'all think?

    Green Queen - Meyer Hatchery

Update: she's(?) still hell on earth with a hateful gaze to match. But EXTREMELY pretty. All black, iridescent green all over in the sun. Some of the tail feathers are giving me rooster worries, but haven't checked very closely to confirm. 13-ish weeks. Truly unfortunate if she turns out to be...

    Chicken coop - ventilation

Okay, so I'm at work right now and don't have our original/official plans. But here's my sketch with dimensions listed. To help with deciphering my handwriting: 6' long 4' wide 3' tall on short side, 4' tall on tall side (roof slope) 18" tall legs, 3 of 4 sides will have HW cloth around them...

    Chicken coop - ventilation

Hi guys. My partner and I are building a bigger coop, and he wants to do a floor with holes in it for ventilation. I don't think this is a good idea, but I can't place why. I have stood firm on there being large ventilation rectangles cut out, way up high. He wants to do floor-holes in...

    Green Queen - Meyer Hatchery

That's what I said!!! I only figured out which one was her because the red sex link is obvious, as is the Buff brahma. Was fairly unsure of who was who re: EE and GQ. maybe I've still got it mixed up? Who knows!

    Green Queen - Meyer Hatchery

Nope, naked legs. Also doesn't have the usual EE fluffy cheeks/beard, or if she does, it's much less obvious. Edit: she's about 7ish weeks old. Hatch day on or around 11/2/20. I really hope she chills out as she gets older.

    Green Queen - Meyer Hatchery

I have one Meyer Hatchery green queen. We call her Goth-Chicken. She is... Spirited, I guess. I would be more inclined to call her standoffish, and on worse days, hateful. Still cute, though. Pics go from most recent to oldest.

Buff brahma - 7 weeks old, tail pointing down?

Thank you both so much!!! @MysteryChicken @theoldchick She is not exhibiting any other signs of anything, just like huh... that's different. I should freak out now!!!

Buff brahma - 7 weeks old, tail pointing down?

Hey y'all. Any ideas on what's up here? I picked her up and nothing feels obviously wrong. She's eating/drinking/pooping like normal. Is this okay? Am I freaking out about nothing or is this serious cause for concern?? I looked up droopy tail chickens, and got stuff about them being eggbound...
