    My cats are very interested in my chicks, I let my older chicks ( 13 weeks old) out to freerange just before dark, I have to guard my chicks with the garden hose, which I have used on the cats once they start stalking.     Mine? He was IDed as EE to me,at my local feed store - they had just arrived, I watched them get taken out of the crates they flew in on...he looked just like all the other EEs until he got older. Edit - my avatar pic is of him as a baby

    I got my little "odd ball" from a small local feed store here, I have no idea where he gets his birds from. She has always been small with the odd feathers from start...we too love ours as she is smart and cuddly! and awfully cute!
