Help my baby peacocks won't quit crying

I have 3 baby peachicks. They are a week old, healthy, eating, pooping. But they don't quit crying unless I pick them up. They crawl in my hair and go to sleep. What do I do? This just started yesterday when I got home from work!. Sometimes if you just stand by the cage they quit. Any suggestions?

I have had a fowl pox outbreak. Everyone is better now except one hen. Her eye is shut and very red. The skin around her eye and beak looks very raw and she is not feeling well. I have used an ointment but not lookin better. Not sure it's pox though because no bumps. Any suggestions?
