    IMPRINTED/tamed Golden pheasants?

Mine all tamed down quickly. Even though I bought them as skittish adults. Many of the males display to me while I'm taking care of them. They do well with some other species as well, if given enough space. My season for the ring necks is off to a good start so far.

HELP! I think my female rabbit is a transgender

I didn't tell you there aren't transgender rabbits. Also, this thread is like 3 years old, you're a bit late to the party.

    Looking for lamdrace breeds.

Do any of you keep any landrace breeds such as Swedish flower hens, Icelandic chickens, Basque hens, Egyptian fayoumi, ect? I'm looking for some pictures that I could have permission to use in a project that I'm working on.

It's time for Nicalandia to create his own breed of Chickens

Not many of them advertise much. You won't find much from simple google searches.

It's time for Nicalandia to create his own breed of Chickens

There are several private aviaries that keep them in the US. Not the hardest bird to find if you know where to look. I don't know much about them but judging from the price compared to other hard to breed pheasant species id say they are difficult to breed for sure but definitly possible with...

It's time for Nicalandia to create his own breed of Chickens

Yeah I would like to get more than what's required for this project so I know I can get my money back from their offspring. Though I'm sure birds created from the project could make the money back quickly too if they were marketed correctly. What do you think the cost will be for you to import...

It's time for Nicalandia to create his own breed of Chickens

I'm not sure how hard it is to import birds into Nicaragua, that could end up being the hardest part. For prices on the Green jungle fowl, I haven't looked much but I see them listed at $450-800USD per bird. Pretty expensive. I'm sure I could find them for cheaper though if I called some...

It's time for Nicalandia to create his own breed of Chickens

I was just thinking about a similar project earlier this week. I'm in the USA and I know where to find green jungle fowl breeders. I also have more than enough pen space as I just put up 2,500 square feet worth of them this fall. I'm not so much into genetics though so if I did start something...

    Game Camera Photos.

That would be a good idea. They will probably work great if you can get them to grow pumpkins before the deer destroy them.

Which buck is that? The ugly spike? Lol

    Game Camera Photos.

No. I'm not hunting off this lol. I just wanted to see if they like pumpkins and squash because I wanted to do a food plot including them next year.

    Any artists out there?

At the time I didn't know it was illegal to keep them. And i didn't know about rehabilitation centers 😅 I do know now though, I'm just glad I handled it well enough for the bird to live. My grandparents are good friends with the founder of a big rehabilitation center up here and I got to tour it...

    Any artists out there?

That's awesome. I've always been very interested in it too. It's something I'm looking to get into in the future. When I was 7 or 8 I found a red tailed hawk fledgling in our forest after a big thunderstorm. It had been knocked from it's nest and couldn't fly at the time. I took it home with me...

    Any artists out there?

They are awesome animals. Extremely interesting that's for sure. I was super intrigued by them when I was a little younger, loved watching channels like Snake Discovery and learning about them. Another one who doesn't do reptiles that I always found super interesting was Joseph Carter The mink...

    Any artists out there?

Sucks there are hardly any morphs of garter snakes and none that I know of for water snakes. They are so underated lol

    Any artists out there?

Garter snakes make great pets too, very similar to water snakes. Though in the wild they don't eat rodents at all. Just amphibians, worms, and fish.
