One of my WL hens comb has gotten very thin and just lays over the side of her face and her wattles are thin as well. They are still red but not as bright as they used to be. The comb and wattles on my other WL seem to be normal (floppy but has thickness). What would cause this?
I have had some drakes but I got three hens today with their eggs/nests. I have candled the eggs and many of them are developing. How/where do I make their nest and get them to accept them again? Will the drakes help keep them home?
We were given some Muscovies a few months ago and have always thought that they were drakes but after seeing some other photos I am unsure. What do you think?
