The raccoons attacked my 3 roosters last night. One of them is okay, with no injury's but the other 2 have: (nugget) middle toe missing (tiny stump) and a scratch on the leg and (Darth) both back toes missing (tiny stump) and middle toe top is dangling. What is this?? not compleatly absorbed yolk???
she is at the bottom of the pecking order, and the only one who doesn't peck her is the chick that hatched on the same day. so ya, she got a little pecked on her toes and beak but not at the bump thing- LoveNewChicks
