Hmm has she laid eggs recently? Sometimes they can get a problem with laying eggs and do that, I've heard... Maybe just ask a vet and not actually have to go to one?
Hmmm do u have a rooster? Not saying you have to get one but my hens pecked each other like that until we got a rooster and he put a stop to it... And if they bleed, separate them until it stops or they will peck more.
