He just started this behavior today. He moves his head side to side. I would like to laugh but I want to make sure that it's nothing bad. I let them hatch some eggs and of course I now have another rooster, It's his son. That is the only change that has transpired.

My hen (Peaches) has had a problem with her feet. I t has been about 2 months. Her feet where swollen and I thought maybe bumble foot. There wasn't anything but the swelling to make me think that. No other trade marks of bumble foot. I've tried antibiotics , soaking her feet and draining the...
She was blind she couldn't see anything. I kept her seperated from the rest . I have a dog cage she would go in the day , then a smaller one at night. I would go get her every morning and take her outside so that she could still feel grass under her feet and still be able to scratch. But one...
Thank you for responding, I really appreciate any help I can get. How how much should I give her and what size needle do you use? I sorry I'm stupid on how to do this. Thank you!:D
P.s. What does IM. mean?
I bought some peneacilan for my girl peaches, but I don't know where to inject the medicine. Her legs and feet are swollen. Looks like she has blisters. I open them up and puss come out. I do squeeze as much of the puss out as I can and have been soaking her feet in epsom salt nightly. It's to...
If you suspect bumble foot I would start soaking her foot right away. If it hasn't gone to far you can stop it by soaking alone. Epsom salt is what is generally used. Not burning hot water as hot as you have to be comfortable. If this doesn't work you might then consider doing the surgery. Good...
Thanks, I went to the store and bought the corid and I've all ready started given it to her. I'm going to treat the others tomorrow. I hoping this works. She's such a little lover. I would hate to loose her. I'll keep you posted on the progress.
Thanks to all that helped me with my roo. The thread on here with the step by step surgery on Bumble foot I believe saved my roos life. At first It didn't seem that he was going to make it but now he's up and running his comb is erect and not fallen over. It took my rooster a week to be able to...
I haven't noticed any but I do know that they are runny. She seems to hold her head down alot and her comb look pale looking. I've been messaging around her crop area and that seem to perk her up abit. But I don't think it's that.
I have a hen that just stands around. I haven't seen her eat anything but maybe a little grass. Plus I don't think she's drinking any water. She doesn't seem sick other than she doesn't move and she sits with her eyes closed. Excuse me she sits and stands with her eyes closed. I noticed this...
He has been unable to walk because of bumble foot. So his poo is stuck to his bottom. I've been trying to pull it off, but it's all in his feathers around his butt. I'm thinking of trying to cut it all off but was hoping that there was away of some how washing it with something that would make...
Thank you for replying. He as of now can't walk. He just lays on his side and goes in circles on the ground. The left foot is the really bad one and it looked rather black to me the day after surgery. He can put his weight on his right foot o.k.., just not the left. He does feel like he has a...
My rooster had bumble foot in both feet. One wasn't bad but the other was rather big and deep. We had to take more than I wanted to to get it all out. The really bad foot is being very slow to heal. How long should it take for him to recover. I'm worried that I messed up. Please help, I need...
I'm really not sure what is wrong with my roo, but I'm given him antibiotics and feeding him some baby food. I think that his crop has had something to do with this. As well as the heat.
I brought him in and have been watching over him and he seems to be getting better. I read some where in here...
