    Just hatched out my first cochin bantams (lavender and black). They are pretty humorous. It seems between ducks, hens, and the chicks we have an all out animal farm here, hah!

    I sure I sure will. My dad has a good many silkies so we get enough eggs to incubate whenever someone wants some. Where are you located.

    Thank you, but I'm not interested in buying hatchery birds. Not that anything is wrong with buying from good ones. I just prefer to buy local!

    Might want to look into some heritage breeds as well. Beautiful birds and you're helping preserve historic bloodlines.
