Manchurian Quail sure look a lot like golden coturnix
So many names, so few coturnix. There are at least 2 names for the various coturnix color mutations, then throw in the sizes, and who knows what is what. Buttons are even worse with the different names for the same colors. -

I have to agree. Don't over pay Purina for their nasty over priced feed in a fancy bag. Just feed your corturnix left over spaghetti, white bread, and iceberg lettuce! As long as you feed them oyster shell, they will lay like mad!!! NOT! -

Ok, I know the CF type bulbs you are talking about. I'm replacing all mine in the house as needed. I just use the regular (cheap) ones in the house. They are worthless for quick light outside when it is cold because it takes them so long to warm up and cast decent light. I was talking about...
