She’s definitely the biggest of the 3, but the spitting image of her mum who is also probably our tallest goose lol. One of the 3 (the smallest) we think is actually from one of our other pairs because of the resemblance -

Personally I am convinced she’s a girl, I have been since she hatched and I think her honk is just like her mother’s but a bit higher pitched. This is one of 3 goslings that our goose Hetty hatched this year in April. They still have their baby squeaks but occasionally we get some proper honks... -
Have I been scammed?
I got 6 Sebastopol eggs a few years back for £30 and hatched 2 - once turned out curly and the other didn’t ! I guess it depends where you sourced them - I personally wasn’t bothered but I understand it can be frustrating to not get what you paid for -

Did you just come here to be snarky and argue with someone for the sake of it? Uk Ravensthorpe and Huddersfield, many wild geese have just been culled - that is not an exaggeration. Many of those wild geese come up onto my land to graze and nest, you’re acting like there’s a zero percent chance... -

Yes. MY AREA is affected. Did you miss that part? Get a grip and read my post again, they’ve just culled a large amount of wild geese that lived here. Your hostility was not needed on this post whatsoever. -

Yep absolutely, thank you for your advice. They’ve made it very clear that their only interests are preserving food products and their only actions against bird flu have been culling and culling and culling. They refuse to invest in other options such as vaccinating and looking into treatments... -

UK based stores for waterfowl supplements?
Does anyone have any suggestions for uk based websites or stores that stock things like vitamins, supplements, feed and other essentials for geese? I just had a pretty bad experience with a store I won’t name incase it goes against rules, but to give some context I ordered 3 fairly expensive... -
