My Game Hens seem to do well with the other birds. The Blue Face becomes quite the savage when broody though. People are currently gearing towards hens with extra gameness which kinda defeats the purpose of having them around for free range, which is common practice with hens.
We started getting the coops built today. But can only get two of them built currently as ply wood has gotten expensive. But hopefully shouldn't be too long, & we should be able to get materials for a 3rd coop.
Okay, this helps with identifying. Hard to judge when the bird is held.
Looks like a cross breed, possibly with some game, but it's hard to be certain.
I sell birds cheap to stay reasonable, as not everyone can spend tons on a good quality bird. Only none cheap birds I have are the Indian Malays.
I don't breed leghorns though, I do breed Silkies, EEs, a few types of Games, & working on a Landrace Breed.
It's definitely Botulism. Since your chick is younger, & smaller then an adult chicken, incubation period can be shorter then within 2hrs - 2 Weeks.
There's a slight possibility it could be from Mycotoxiciosis, which is from eating mold, & has similar symptoms as botulism.
In gamefowl there's Baby Stag, which is what he's considered, then he'd be a Stag when older, around a year he'd be called a Bull Stag, years 2, & over are a Cock.
