    A couple cell phone pics from the other day. I'm sure glad these things aren't 4ft long. They'd be terrifying 😱 And for those who don't know. Dragonflies live for several years, but most of their life is spent underwater as nymphs. Once they emerge, they only live 1-2 months as flying adults.

    You photograph it like you would shoot a time-lapse. You need to use an intervalometer (some cameras have them built in) and set it to continuously shoot long exposure photos. Shoot in manual with a low iso, aperture around F8, and a shutter speed around 10-20 seconds (for shooting at night)...
