12 + 12 was just to get 2 dozen. Since 2 dozen is 24.
Math is just not my thing.
Good thing I can get a lot of eggs cartons, plus I have some in storage.
I do have 2, 24 count cartons, I got some 18 counts in storage, plus dozen cartons, plus some half dozen cartons in storage.
If I were to...
I'm calculating for amount of Dozens. I've already showed in a screenshot.
I added 12 + 12 at the beginning to get 24, then multiplied by 20 Dozen to get 480, then Added(+) in an extra 20 Dozen for 500.
I used help from my calculator on my phone.
I was basing on 12 eggs.
The customer also gets 18 counts on occasion, but I didn't add those in because a dozen is more popular.
It is, & it doesn't have to be all at once which is nice.
24 Dozen × 20 Dozen = 480 eggs + 20 dozen = 500 eggs.
This won't be too hard to accomplish as my peak laying season for the birds is the summertime.
The goat guy wants eggs as payment for the goats, so looks like I maybe getting a couple does next year. But I need help with some math.
How many dozen eggs would make 250?
The other patterns plus mottling aren't true Tolbunt though.
It said Autosomal Barring, which is also called Transverse Pencilled, plus Mottling, & Spangled with Mottling.
The Spangled pattern, & Autosomal Barring share similar genes to Lacing.
I use the brooder(Large Plastic Tote)with Pine Shavings, & a Heat Plate the majority of the time.
Occasionally when I can swing it, I'll go the broody route.
Even though it's walking again, you should give a maintenance dose every other day, until you decide she doesn't need it anymore. I do this as a precaution with vitamin deficiencies, cuz they may relapse for whatever reason.
