    So I am a first timer. My hens have started laying. I have one Hamburg Roo and 5 hens. I have an Omlet coop. I keep it clean. The problem is my roosters beautiful white puffy tale feathers are getting pooped on in the coop. And so they are brown. From poop stain Any idea how to fix this?????

    I have 5 hens 1 Roo. I open the door at 7 am. They are out amd about until they return themselves to bed at sun set. I will try the back door thing. They don’t have to be in the coop all day. They have a lot of places to hang out but they do sometimes stay in the coop. Their own choice
