They look wheaten. Red is genetically wheaten with some other modifiers so they should work nicely for your project.
They also might be black tailed buff: Wheaten with the Ginger gene. This works too because red also needs the Ginger gene.
The feather structure.
The blue color is caused because the melanin clumps together instead of spreading evenly over the feather, so the grey color is caused by us seeing the white spots between pigment clumps
On rooster feathers the feather structure is different so the pigment doesn't tend to...

For extravagant tail I did the red golden pheasant which is one of the prettiest birds ever in my opinion.

For pollinator, I chose the Ecuadorian Hillstar, a rare pollinator of the Chuquiragua, which is the unofficial national flower of Ecuador. This bird is found high in the Andes mountains.
I managed to get a little pollen on the head :3
