    Perkin ducks

    They love water and funny. Babies I had trained like any other pet. I have a large female and funny.. they need to stay indoors if cold. My adult not happy with cold weather. Loves heat light.

    The only hen I have found to be broody is a silky. Mine hatched 11 eggs and not all hers. Taught them everything.

    Roosters are a mess but protect the flock..it's a hormonal teenager. If over a little time it gets worse than I would rehome. But if your daughter can handle him that's good.

    If stopped laying and you pick her up and can feel eggs I put mine in warm bath and violated them bc egg bound so inserted ky into so if they could pass eggs they would. Both did good.but awkward to do

    I hope I wasn't rude. I know how sad it is. If cold outside is it possible to bring inside? Only bc moms not keeping them warm and they need warmth until they get feathers. Just a thought.

    The tan is silky the blue is Americanu that may be mixed with silky. You'll know if feathered feet.
