Regarding the one kid's eye, check to see if either of the eyelids are turned inward. The condition is called entropion and can cause watery eyes and eventually scratch the cornea.

Our doe Twinkle kidded with twin bucklings this afternoon! These are our first kids born and we couldn't be more proud of the job Twinkle did! She is not a very big doe and her boys weighed in at 7.5lbs and 7.13lbs respectively. Here are a few pics.
